About the race
Thunder Kiss 100M/100K and 20 Miler, staged by Zombie Trail Races, takes place at Double Oak Park near Birmingham, Alabama (Sterrett area). The event offers three distances: a 100-mile race, a 100K, and a 20-mile loop. The 100M is five to six 15- to 20-mile loops with about 12,500 feet of gain/loss; the 100K is three loops with about 7,500 feet; the 20M is a single loop with about 2,500 feet.
The course is predominantly single-track ridge running featuring rocks, roots, and an epic waterfall for all participants.
