Thunder Run

The 5K Thunder Run/Walk is an annual event held in Glens Falls, New York, hosted by the Glens Falls Civic Center Foundation. The 5K race starts at the Cool Insuring Arena and proceeds down Glen Street, offering participants a scenic urban course. This event promotes community involvement and supports the maintenance and upgrades of the over 40-year-old Cool Insuring Arena.

The foundation aims to enhance public appreciation of the arena's role in northern New York's quality of life. The first 100 registrants receive a Dri-fit t-shirt.
