Logistics, results and policies
Standard race registrations for the 5k, 10k and Half Marathon include a custom bib, designer shirt, and a custom finisher medal. The 1 Mile and Kid's Dash events are untimed; the Kid's Dash is intended for children ages 10 and under and includes a youth-sized shirt, mini bib, and a kid-specific medal. Chip timing with live results and awards is provided for timed events. Age-group awards for the 5k, 10k and Half Marathon include male and female overall, male and female masters (40+), and top 3 male and female in age groups from 10 & under up to 80+. A virtual option allows participants to run any day at their chosen location; virtual packets include a digital bib, event shirt, medal, and mailing of the packet the Wednesday after the race. Bodies Race Company events have a strict no-refund policy and proceed in most weather; cancellation will only occur for venue requirements or hazardous conditions, with transfers to the virtual event if needed.
