Event overview
The Thomas Jefferson High School Color Fun Run/Walk takes place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Thomas Jefferson High School, 830 Old Clairton Road, Clairton, PA 15025. The event is untimed and is held to raise money for student activities and to support school needs such as the Thanksgiving Food Drive and the Holiday Gift Fund. Participants run or walk a course on the school grounds.
There will be four (possibly five) color stations along the course. The stations use a cornstarch-based color that will be thrown on participants, and all participants will take part in a Color Blast before the run. The course will include some rough terrain because the cross country course will be used for the more adventurous 5K participants. Attendees are asked to be mindful of any allergies.
Registration and logistics
The listed price for the event is $20. Participants who register by Sunday, October 19, 2025, are guaranteed a white t-shirt, a pair of sunglasses, and an individual color packet. Registration after October 19 is permitted but a shirt and/or sunglasses are not guaranteed; registrants after that date will still receive an individual color packet.
Donations are optional; all donations will go toward the Holiday Gift Funds. A run packet pickup may be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, and additional information will be sent by email if this occurs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
