Tooele Turkey Trail Trot 'Til You Drop takes place on 29 November 2025 at the Bates Canyon Trailhead in Erda, UT. The event is run as a timed, looped challenge over a total event window of 10 hours. Each loop is approximately 3.5 miles with about 700 ft of elevation gain.

Course and race format

Runners repeat a roughly 3.5-mile loop that includes dirt roads, double-track and a wooded section called the BBC Trail. The loop features a steep, sandy climb known as "Kill Hill" of about 160 ft over 0.1 mile and varied terrain including descents and tree-lined sections. Laps alternate direction each hour - odd laps counter-clockwise, even laps clockwise. Each lap must be completed within 59:59 or faster; the last official finisher within the lap cutoff is eliminated along with anyone who misses the lap cutoff. If two or more runners remain for the final lap, that lap determines overall placings.

Start/finish area, services and policies

The Start/Finish Area serves as the lap turnaround and offers basic hot and cold food and drink. Participants may keep a personal drop bag or use their vehicle at the Start/Finish Area for clothing and gear. Registration fees are non-refundable and transfers are not permitted; entries can be deferred to a future Tooele Trail Racing event if the organizer is informed by 27 November.
