Tooth Trot

The Tooth Trot 5K is an annual running event held in Melbourne, Florida, at the Wickham Park Community Center. Organized by the Brevard County Dental Society, this 28th edition supports the "Give Kids a Smile" program, providing free dental care to children in need. The event features a 5K run or walk, a competitive 5K race walking division, a virtual run or walk, and a "Run For The Kids" challenge.

Participants receive technical long-sleeved shirts (to the first 500 registrants), race medals, and enjoy amenities like door prizes, post-race refreshments, and a visit with the Tooth Fairy. Awards are given across various age groups and categories. The race uses Chronotrack B-Tag timing and emphasizes safety by prohibiting skates, skateboards, bicycles, and headphones.
