About the race
Top Gun Night Run 6k is an annual evening race held in Smyrna, Tennessee, at Lee Victory Recreation Park. The 3.7-mile course runs past the Smyrna/Rutherford County Airport and the Smyrna Municipal Golf Course, finishing at the Captain Jeff Kuss USMC Memorial. The event is chip-timed and USATF-certified, with participation limited to 650 runners.
Spectators and runners alike enjoy a festival atmosphere with live music and park vendors. Proceeds support ongoing maintenance of the memorial and a memorial scholarship established in 2023.
