Tough Genes DNA Dash

The Tough Genes DNA Dash 2025 is a 5k running and walking fundraiser held in Ottawa Lake, Michigan, at Whiteford Stoneco Park (7100 Whiteford Rd). This is the 1st annual DNA Dash, offered in three formats: a timed in-person 5k, an in-person 5k fun walk/run, and a virtual 5k for remote participants. Proceeds support Tough Genes, a nonprofit dedicated to IRF2BPL-related disorder research.

The event emphasizes community engagement and awareness, with live results and an awards ceremony for the in-person race.
