Town of Hempstead Triathlon

Town of Hempstead Triathlon takes place at Town Park at Point Lookout in Lido Beach, NY. The event features a 1/2-mile ocean swim, 10-mile bike, and 3-mile run. The biking and running courses are flat and fast, conducted in three loops.

Spectators are welcome, and there are no race-day sign-ups. Registration includes a shirt and a personalized bib (your name on the bib if registered early). Check-in occurs in the morning at Town Park.
