Independence Day Triathlon

The Independence Day Triathlon takes place at Tradewinds Park in Coconut Creek, Florida, offering a safe, closed-course event free from vehicular traffic. The race features multiple events including a Sprint Triathlon (0.25-mile swim, 10-mile bike, 3.1-mile run), Sprint Duathlon, Sprint Aquabike, and a Mini Triathlon. Participants start with a swim in the calm lake, followed by biking two loops around park roads, and finish with running two loops on the park’s run path.
