Trail of the Dragon 50 Mile Run

The Trail of the Dragon 50K/50 Mile Run is an exciting endurance event taking place at Moorehead Park in Ida Grove, Iowa. Participants can choose between a 50K, consisting of three 10-mile loops, or a 50-mile option, which includes five loops. The course features scenic trails with challenging hills, offering a unique experience as runners traverse historic routes.

Aid stations will be available, but participants must carry their own hydration devices. All finishers will receive medals, and proceeds from the event will benefit the Ida County Conservation Foundation. The event promotes community engagement and appreciation for nature.
