Tri Mountain Lake

The TRI Mountain Lake event is a sprint triathlon held in Liberty Township, New Jersey, featuring a 1/4 mile swim, a 15-mile bike ride, and a 3-mile run. Participants can compete individually or as part of a relay team of two or three. This event is celebrated for its scenic course around Mountain Lake, often referred to as "the hidden gem" of New Jersey triathlons.
