Tri-Span 10K

The Tri-Span 5K, 10K, and LIVESTRONG Mile is a celebrated running event in Wilmington, NC, taking place on July 12, 2025. Participants can choose from a scenic 5K or a more challenging 10K course, both winding through historic downtown and along the picturesque Cape Fear Riverwalk. The event also features a non-timed LIVESTRONG Mile, honoring those affected by cancer.

Registration includes a soft tri-blend shirt, finisher medals, and post-race snacks.
