Tri-Span 10K

The Tri-Span 5K, 10K, and LiveStrong Mile is a celebrated running event taking place in Wilmington, NC, on July 12, 2025. Participants can choose from a 5K or 10K course that winds through the historic downtown area and along the scenic Cape Fear Riverwalk, with the 10K route featuring all three downtown bridges. The event also includes a virtual option for both distances and a special LIVESTRONG Mile to support cancer survivors.
