Courses and logistics
- Swim: 750 m
 - Bike: 22.6 miles (36.4 km)
 - Run: 3.1 miles (5 km)

The swim is a single 750 meter triangle lap conducted as a time trial start with athletes seeded by race number and starting every 5 seconds; swim caps are provided in the race packet and must be worn, with cap color indicating swim start position. The bike course follows the park main road onto paved county roads in an out-and-back loop and is marked with directional signs and mile markers; the course is open to traffic and will have staff and sheriff officers at turns and intersections. The run is one 3.1 mile lap that begins on trail for about 0.5 mile then continues on paved park roads; water stations are located at each mile and Gatorade is available at specified tables. Transition bike racks correspond to assigned race numbers and athletes will be body marked with race number and age. Parking is first-come, first-served with overflow parking about 1/4 mile from transition; a photo ID may be needed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
