Trick or Treat Trail Run 10K

The Trick or Treat Trail Run 10K, held annually in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, takes place at Pasley Park along the scenic Big Sioux River bike path. This festive event offers a 10K run, a 5K run/walk, and a Candy Dash for children aged 3-10, featuring a 0.5-mile course. Participants enjoy a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with costume contests awarding best group, individual, and functional costumes.

Each finisher receives a goodie bag and event shirt. The race supports the Special Olympics of South Dakota. Packet pickup occurs downtown with added activities like a Hoka shoe try-on and athlete meet-and-greet, enhancing the community experience.
