Trout Valley Turkey Trot

The 19th Annual Hertz Trout Valley Turkey Trot, hosted by the Trojan Track Field & Cross Country Association (TTCCA), takes place at Trout Valley Lodge in Trout Valley, Illinois. The event offers a 5K race and a Kids Fun Run, with proceeds supporting Cary-Grove High School cross country and track athletes and the Cary-Grove Food Pantry. Participants enjoy a pre-Thanksgiving, family-friendly atmosphere and a scenic course through historic Trout Valley.

Medals are awarded to top finishers in each division, and a post-race beverage is provided for eligible participants. Donations of non-perishable food items are encouraged, and t-shirt sizing is guaranteed by a specified date. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
