True to the Brew 5K

The True to the Brew 5K – Capital City Passage is a vibrant urban trail race held in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, along the Palmetto Trail’s Capital City Passage. Scheduled for March 7, 2026, this 5K event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages, with a course certified by a local expert that starts and finishes near the Palmetto Trail headquarters on King Street. Limited to 500 participants, the race features a festive finish line celebration including live music, a cookout, and complimentary craft beer.
