True to the Brew 5K
The True to the Brew 5K – Capital City Passage is a vibrant urban trail race held in downtown Columbia, South Carolina, along the Capital City Passage of the Palmetto Trail. Scheduled for March 7, 2026, this 5K event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages, with a race cap of 500 participants. The course, certified by a local expert, offers a unique city trail experience.
Post-race festivities at the Palmetto Trail Headquarters include live music, a cookout with burgers and grilled cheese, and free beer from Craft & Draft.
