Turkey Burner
The Turkey Burner 5K is an annual running event held in Hinckley, Ohio, featuring a scenic course that loops counterclockwise around Hinckley Lake within the Hinckley Reservation. The race offers multiple participation options including a 5K run, a 1-mile walk/run, and a virtual race. Due to park construction, the start and finish are located at the South Ball Field parking lot, with limited parking and encouragement for carpooling.
Participants enjoy views of local flora and fauna and often dress in Thanksgiving-themed costumes. All runners receive a custom long-sleeved shirt and medal, with awards for various age groups.
