Event details
The Turkey Burner 5K takes place on November 27, 2025, in Hinckley, OH (1920 East Dr, 44233). The course loops Hinckley Lake inside the Hinckley Reservation and follows the paved path around the lake in a counterclockwise direction. Because of park construction, the start and finish have been moved to the South Ball Field parking lot. Parking is limited and registration is capped at 900. Early packet pick-up is scheduled for November 26 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 2425 Medina Rd, Medina. All participants receive a custom long-sleeved shirt and a medal.

Entry fees listed on the event page are $35 for the 5K and 1 Mile, and $40 for the Virtual event. The event benefits Running2bwell and its free wellness programs for people in recovery; the charity reports distributing 900 pairs of shoes this year and making 360 weekly connections in NEO. Fundraising incentives include a refund of the entry fee for participants who raise $100 and a special award for the top 20 fundraisers. Age-group awards are planned for these brackets: under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
