About the race
Turkey Dash 5K and 2 Mile Walk is held in Watertown, South Dakota, beginning and ending at Great Plains Lutheran High School. The family-friendly Thanksgiving event features a 5K run and a two-mile walk, inviting participants of all ages to kick off the holiday with activity before Thanksgiving dinner. The day includes an awards ceremony with medals for the top three male and female finishers in each division, plus door prizes drawn after online registration closes.
