Logistics and race-day details
The run starts and finishes at 5th and Walnut in Downtown Evansville. Registration is listed at $35 for most participants and $30 for ages 1-17, with the price increasing after November 15, 2025. Packet pick-up is scheduled Monday, November 24 through Wednesday, November 26 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM at The Opportunity Center, 5001 Washington Avenue. Morning-of-race packet pick-up is available at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Downtown Evansville starting at 6:45. On Monday, November 24 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM a blood drive with the American Red Cross will take place during packet pick-up; those who donate blood and also donate an item to Goodwill in November may receive a free long-sleeve Turkey Day 5K t-shirt when they bring the donation receipt.
