Turkey Shuffle Dallas : overview
Turkey Shuffle Dallas is scheduled for November 8, 2025 at Trinity View Park in Irving, TX. The event is organized by Bigfoot Running Company and includes multiple race distances on park and greenbelt trails. Course surfaces may include pavement, crushed granite and occasional dirt paths. A DJ will provide music at the race rally area. Packet pickup is offered 1.5 hours before the event start. Course maps are available for the 5K and 10K routes.
Events, awards and logistics
Distances offered:
- Kids Dash - approximately 50 meters, for children 10 and under
- 1 Mile - untimed, includes shirt and medal
- 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed
- 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed
- Virtual Run and Volunteer then Run 5K option (limited spots)
All finishers receive a shirt and medal. The 5K and 10K include chip timing, overall trophies for male and female winners, masters recognition, and standard age-group awards from youth through 70+. Aid stations with water are provided on course. A costume contest awards a "Biggest Turkey" trophy and a prize pack that includes a certificate for two future races, an HEB gift card, and event swag. Volunteer roles are available, including a Full Race Volunteer program with incentives and a limited Volunteer-then-Run option that includes a timed bib, tee, and finisher medal.
