Turkey Strut 5K

Turkey Strut 5K is a Thanksgiving-themed race at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The event offers a USATF-certified 5K course and a 1-mile fun run/walk, with in-person and virtual options. The course runs near BB&T Field/Stadium, Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, and the Deacon Baseball Field, with ample parking at the fairgrounds.

The atmosphere is family-friendly; strollers and dogs are welcome. Finisher medals are awarded to all, and top overall and masters male/female receive turkeys. 5K participants receive long-sleeve shirts (1-mile shirts optional); proceeds benefit the We Care House of Winston-Salem.
