About the race
Turkey Trot - Defiance is an annual running event at Independence Dam State Park in Defiance, Ohio. The 27th edition offers a 4-mile run or a fun walk, plus a virtual option for remote participants. The event blends competitive and casual runners in a family-friendly atmosphere, taking place on the park’s grounds.
Participants can register online via RunSignup. Special features include the added virtual option, enabling folks to join from afar while still celebrating the Thanksgiving weekend. This community event draws local runners to enjoy exercise and camaraderie in a scenic state park setting.
