About the race
Turkey Trot, the LUM Turkey Trot 5K in West Lafayette, IN, is a community-friendly Thanksgiving race. The 5K starts near Connection Point Church at 2541 Cumberland Ave and follows the flat, paved Cattail Trail Loop through Celery Bog, offering a crisp, scenic morning on a completely flat route. The event is open to runners of all ages and abilities and encourages walkers, dogs, strollers, wagons, and festive attire such as turkey hats.
