Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile Ultra
The Tussey Mountainback 50 Mile Ultra is a scenic ultramarathon held in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, within Rothrock State Forest. The event features a challenging 50-mile loop course that is 82% dirt and 18% paved, with varied terrain including uphill, level, and downhill sections, shaded areas, and scenic overlooks. The course passes through notable natural areas such as Whipple Dam State Park and Bear Meadows Natural Area, with a total elevation gain of 5,485 feet.
