Tuthell 50K

The TutHell 50K is a unique ultramarathon held in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, featuring a challenging course that consists of running a 0.31-mile loop up and down Tut Hill 100 times. The course includes approximately 90 feet of elevation gain and loss per loop, with a well-marked single-track route on grassy terrain. The race emphasizes community and support, requiring runners to bring a support person and stay until the last runner finishes or drops out within a 12-hour cutoff.
