Event overview
The Two Cities Marathon takes place on November 2, 2025, in Fresno/Clovis, California. Now in its 17th year and presented by CalViva Health, the course runs along the border between Fresno and Clovis. The full marathon is USATF certified and is a Boston Marathon qualifier. Event amenities listed by the organizer include custom technical shirts and hoodies, a hot post-race breakfast, a two-day health and fitness expo, a finish-line festival with live entertainment and beer for finishers, and on-course support.

Start/finish and course notes: the full, half and 10k use Clovis Community College as start and finish; the 5k is a new point-to-point course that starts near Shepherd Avenue by Millbrook and finishes at Clovis Community College. 5k participants must park at Clovis West High School and walk to the 5k start; no parking is allowed at Clovis Community College for the 5k start. Return shuttles will take 5k finishers back to Clovis West High School. The Iron Office Health & Fitness Expo and required bib pickup are at The Well Community Church, Clovis, on October 31 and November 1. On-course nutrition for half and full marathon runners will include GU electrolyte tablets and GU gels. Key policy dates include free downgrades until October 30 and bib transfers free until October 30; deferral rules are posted with deadlines.
