UNAA Ultimate OCR 3K

The UNAA Ultimate OCR 3K is a unique obstacle course race held at Dallas Market Hall, Dallas, Texas, featuring a 3-kilometer course with over 25 obstacles spaced in 300-meter increments. Unlike traditional OCRs, it emphasizes more obstacles and less running, with no mud involved. The event uses a three-band system where athletes must complete mandatory obstacles with multiple attempts allowed, while single-attempt obstacles result in band loss upon failure.

Penalty loops are required for lost bands before finishing. The race offers seven age and skill classes, including Elite, and serves as a USA OCR Team Qualifier.
