The Taos Ski Valley Up & Over Trail Run Weekend is scheduled for August 1-2, 2026 in Taos Ski Valley, NM. The weekend includes multiple trail events: the Up & Over 10k, Vertic-AL's Vert-K, Double Trouble (combined two-day entry), and the Up & Dn kids run. Events and course details

• Up & Over 10k: a 10 km trail run with a reported climb of 2,612 feet from 9,321 ft to 11,819 ft, scenic views of Kachina and Wheeler Peaks, and a technical high-alpine descent. The course was changed for 2025 due to construction.
• Vertic-AL's Vert-K: a vertical 1K up Al's Run with a climb of 1,497 feet. Open to participants 16 and older.
• Double Trouble: entry that combines the Up & Over 10k on Saturday and Vertic-AL's Vert-K on Sunday; each race is timed and there is a prize for best combined overall male and female. Open to ages 16 and older.
• Up & Dn Kid's Fun Run: a 1 km out-and-back on Pioneer Run for children 10 and under; the run is untimed, awards overall boy and girl winners, all participants receive a finisher medal, and half of proceeds support the Enchanted Circles Trail Association.
