Tulsa Urban Adventure

Tulsa Urban Adventure Race is a multi-distance running event hosted by RunnersWorld Tulsa. Distances range from marathon (26.2 miles) to 100 miles, with 50- and 75-mile options. The course starts and finishes at RunnersWorld Tulsa and features a 25-mile loop plus a 1.2-mile out-and-back for the marathon; runners complete multiple laps to reach longer distances.

The mostly flat to gently rolling route uses sidewalks and passes Tulsa’s sights, offering an urban-adventure feel as traffic and crossings are part of the challenge. Runners navigate with a provided map and turn-by-turn directions since the course isn’t marked. Aid stations include Quick Trip locations; pacers and crews are allowed, and finishers receive medals.
