The New Year race is scheduled for January 10, 2026, at Jamison Park in Winston-Salem, NC (285 Meadowlark Dr, 27106). The event is organized by US Road Running and includes multiple distance options:

Courses and logistics
The 5K and 10K use the same out-and-back course. The out-and-back segment is listed as 3.11M; the 5K completes it once and the 10K twice. The Half Marathon uses a different out-and-back segment listed as 3.28M and repeats that segment four times. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race start. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.
