Uwharrie Dash 3.6-Mile

The Uwharrie Dash 3.6-Mile Watermelon Run/Walk is an annual Independence Day event held at Morrow Mountain State Park in Albemarle, North Carolina. This scenic 3.6-mile course starts at the Bridle Trail, ascends the road to the top of Morrow Mountain, and returns to the starting point. Participants enjoy a festive atmosphere with fresh watermelon and freezy pops provided at the finish line to refresh and hydrate.
