Vegas Polar Plunge 5K

The Vegas Polar Plunge 5K, held annually at the Silver Springs Recreation Center in Henderson, Nevada, offers participants a unique winter running experience. Runners can choose between a 5K, 1-mile, or a plunge-only option, with the course running along the scenic Pittman Wash Trail. The event culminates in a daring jump into the cold outdoor pool, with water temperatures historically ranging from the high 30s to low 40s Fahrenheit.

Participants receive a commemorative Vegas Polar Plunge beanie, and post-race refreshments include hot chocolate, coffee, cookies, and beverages for adults.
