About the race
Veterans Trail Festival presented by Flick Financial is held in Hookstown, Pennsylvania at Raccoon Creek State Park, with races starting and finishing at the Recreation Hall. The event offers three distances: 50K, 20 Mile, and 5K. The 5K is an out-and-back suitable for walkers and runners; the 50K and 20 Miler traverse single-track terrain with rocks, roots and challenging hills, supported by five aid stations and ham radio tracking.
The race supports Outdoor Immersion’s mission to help veterans and military service members renew resilience through outdoor immersion in creation.
