Event overview
The Victory Races take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, in Hillsdale, IN at Vermillion Rise Mega Park (1051 W Indiana Ave). The event includes the following distances:
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
- 5k
Base entry fees listed are $65 for the marathon, $45 for the half marathon, and $25 for the 5k. Fees increase after February 6, 2026. Discounts are available for veterans and for Vermillion and Parke County students and staff. All finishers receive a medal; the design is noted as coming soon.
Course and logistics
The courses are USATF certified and the marathon is stated as a Boston qualifier. The half marathon and 5k are single-loop courses; the full marathon is a 2-lap course. Runners follow paved roads through a former military munitions compound with remnants such as outposts, TNT manufacturing buildings, VX nerve gas storage facilities, and shooting ranges.
Aid and facilities: the half marathon has four water/aid stations spaced about every 2.5 to 3 miles, the full marathon has eight, and the 5k has a water/aid station about halfway. Each aid station provides water, Gatorade, orange slices, and granola bar chunks. Portable toilets are located at about mile 7 for the half, at miles 7 and 20 for the full, and at the finish area. Entry to the park is via the south gate at E. County Road 300 S and State Road 63; GPS coordinates for the gate and main building are provided by the organizer.
