Event overview
The Visalia PAL Resolution event takes place on Saturday, January 3, 2026 in Visalia, CA at Main St / Garden - Garden St Plaza. It is the 10th annual running of the Visalia PAL Resolution 5K and includes a 5K run, a 1.5 mile walk, and a virtual 5K run/walk option. The virtual option allows participants to complete the distance at any location and pick up their medal and t-shirt during packet pickup days.
Logistics and purpose
Packet pickup is at the Wittman Center (315 W. Pearl St, Visalia, CA) on Friday, January 2, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, and is also available a couple hours before the event on January 3. Registration fees listed are $38.10 (includes a $3.10 fee); some event prices increase after December 1, 2025. Virtual registration closes January 3, 2026 at 11:59 pm PST. Proceeds fund Visalia PAL programs, including PAL Honor Camp the following June, and the organization’s boxing and bike repair programs. The week-long PAL Honor Camp is staffed by police officers and can serve up to 60 students in grades 6-12. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
