Walk Run or Roll 5K

Walk Run or Roll 5K is an inaugural community-style event held in Harrogate, Tennessee on the LMU campus. The event offers a 5K Race, a Kids Mile Run, and a Virtual 5K, with proceeds supporting local food relief. The course begins at LMU Park on Morris Lane, proceeds along Hamilton Way through the campus, then returns to the start/finish line along the same route.

All participants receive a custom event T-shirt, and runners in the 5K and Kids Mile earn a participation medal. Awards are given to the top three male and female 5K finishers.
