Wallowa Skyrace

The Wallowa Skyrace is a challenging mountain running event held in Joseph, Oregon, starting at the Wallowa Lake Tramway. The race covers 4.2 miles with a significant elevation gain of 3,700 feet, ascending to the summit of Mt. Howard.

Participants are rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the Eagle Cap Wilderness at the top. After the race, runners enjoy a unique tram ride back down, included in the registration fee. The event offers a finisher medal, post-race treats, and awards for the top three male and female finishers.
