Walter's Run is a community road race held in West Roxbury, Boston. The event is in its 31st year. Race proceeds are donated to three local charitable organizations. The main venue and start/finish area is the Parkway Community YMCA on Bellevue Street.

The 5k follows a rolling course through the West Roxbury neighborhood. The race uses chip timing and has water stops. Pre-registered runners may pick up their bib and hat on race day at the YMCA upper lot; a winter running hat is reserved for the first 200 early pre-registered 5k runners. Refreshments are limited to water and a small selection of snacks. The Kids Fun Run finishes under an arch at the YMCA; medals and candy canes are provided to all child participants and registration for the fun run is handled in person on race day. Volunteers staff the course and direct participants. Free local parking is available on surrounding streets and municipal lots, and some closed-business lots may be used. Post-race offerings are very limited and take place in the YMCA upper parking lot; awards are announced on a rolling basis. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
