Warrior Dash

Warrior Dash in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, is a RunSignup event hosted at East Stroudsburg University’s Eiler Martin Stadium. It features three races: Little Warriors 1/4 mile on the track, a 2K Kids Run, and a 5K Warrior Dash around campus. The race benefits ESU Warriors men’s and women’s cross country programs.

The course includes loops around the campus, with a water station on course and at the finish and athletic training personnel at the start/finish. Participants receive a complimentary race shirt. Awards include overall and age-group placings; medals for Little Warriors; door prizes; and post-race refreshments and giveaways.
