Event overview
The Wasatch 1/2 Marathon and 10K takes place on September 26, 2026 in Midway, Utah. The event is presented by TriUtah and is the seventh annual running of this race. The start and finish are at the pavilion and parking area on the lower area of Soldier Hollow, at the corner of Soldier Hollow Lane and Springtown Rd (GPS: 40.481743, -111.494278). Distances offered:
- 13.1 mi (Half Marathon)
- 10 km (10K)
Logistics and course
The course is mostly trail and starts and ends near the Soldier Hollow Nordic Center. Parking is available near the start/finish so shuttles are not required. There are three aid stations located at the entrance of Deer Creek North Trailhead, at the 10K turnaround, and at the half marathon turnaround; participants are encouraged to carry their own hydration and nutrition. All participants receive a race t-shirt, a souvenir finisher medal, and post-race food and drinks. Timing uses a chip attached to the race bib; the bib must be worn facing forward and the chip must remain on the course. Bib or chip removal or transfer is not allowed. Awards are given 1st-3rd overall male and female, and 1st-3rd in multiple age groups from 14 and under through 90 and up. Time limits: half marathon - 4.5 hours; 10K - 2.5 hours.
