Waves of Freedom 5K

The Waves of Freedom 5K Run/Walk takes place in Culver, Indiana, along the scenic shores of Lake Maxinkuckee. This patriotic community event features a 5K run/walk and a 1/2 mile Sparkler Race for children ages 3 to 10. Participants enjoy a festive atmosphere with music, a custom event t-shirt (for early registrants), and a complimentary root beer from Culver’s Original Root Stand.

After the race, runners can cool off with a swim in the lake.
