About the race
The 7th Annual Weighted Angels 5k Run & Walk takes place in Williamsburg, Virginia, at Billsburg Brewery (2054 Jamestown Road). It features a 5k run/walk, a 1-mile Zoo Fun Run, and a Memorial Service, with a virtual option. The 5k course is flat and fast, starting and finishing on the service road at the Virginia Capital Trail, looping through Landfall at Jamestown, with an out-and-back along Landfall Drive and a return on a parallel service road.
Weighted Angels, a 501(c)3, raises awareness and funds to support pregnancy, stillbirth, and infant loss families. The day is pet- and stroller-friendly, with team fundraising and angel honors on shirts; in-person awards apply. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
