West Seattle Monster Dash

The West Seattle Monster Dash is an annual costumed 5K trail run/walk held at Lincoln Park in Seattle, WA. The 14th edition takes place in October 2025 and features a 5K Run/Walk, a Kids Monster Dash for children 12 and under, and a "Just a Shirt!" option. Participants receive a t-shirt with the iconic Monster design, and 5K runners get a bib with a timing chip.

The event welcomes jogging strollers but no pets. A festive Kids Zone offers games, activities, prizes, a photo booth, and professional race photos.
