West Seattle Monster Dash

The West Seattle Monster Dash is an annual running event that features a 5K run/walk, a Kids Monster Dash, and an option to register for a t-shirt only. This family-friendly event encourages participants to dress in costumes and includes a Kids Zone with games and activities. The race takes place at Lincoln Park in West Seattle, with all proceeds supporting South Seattle College Cooperative Preschools.
