About the race
The Wheeler Mission Drumstick Dash is a Thanksgiving-morning running and walking event in Broad Ripple, Indiana. In 2025 it offers in-person routes of a 4.3-mile Full Gobbler Run/Walk and a 2.6-mile Mini Gobbler Run/Walk, plus a #OuttaTownDashAround virtual race. This family-friendly event blends exercise with giving, as 100% of proceeds support Wheeler Mission’s work with homelessness, hunger, and addiction.
Participants are encouraged to move their feet to help others eat, with sponsor support backing the effort. For 2025, Lucas Oil joins Huntington Bank as co-presenting sponsors of the Drumstick Dash. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
