White Lake Fall International

The White Lake Fall International & Double Sprint is a two-day multisport event held at The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach in White Lake, North Carolina. The International race on Saturday features a 1500-meter swim, 28-mile bike, and 10K run, while the Double Sprint on Sunday includes a unique format with a 375-meter swim, 1.5-mile run, 18.5-mile bike, followed by another 1.5-mile run and 375-meter swim.
