White Lake Spring International

The White Lake Spring International & Sprint is a triathlon event held in White Lake, North Carolina, at The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach. This scenic venue features a white sandy beach and amenities including a restaurant, bar, arcade, miniature golf, and a kids' playground. The event offers two race distances: the Sprint (750m swim, 18.5-mile bike, 5K run) and the International (1500m swim, 28-mile bike, 10K run).
