The event is a 5K held in Florence, SC at Fitness Worldwide Gyms, 200 2nd Loop Road, Florence, SC 29505. It offers both live and virtual options and is open to humans and dogs. Proceeds support Bullies 2 the Rescue. The course is an open route; participants are asked to be aware of traffic. Strollers are allowed. Dog participants must remain on a leash or in a stroller, be well behaved around other animals and children, have poop bags, and be up to date on shots.
Registration, fees and race services
Entry fees and registration deadlines: in-person 5K entry is $40 (registration ends December 6, 2025) with 261 spots noted as available. Virtual registration is $45 (registration ends November 7, 2025). A Dog Packet option is $25 (registration ends November 7, 2025) with 34 spots noted. A separate 5K dog add-on (limited to 40) includes a bib, custom bandana, medal, and shipping. Pre-registration through November 7, 2025 guarantees a shirt and custom finisher medal; after that date shirts and medals are not guaranteed. T-shirt sizes run from X-Small to 2X-Large. Packet pickup is available the day before and on race day at Fitness World Gyms. Awards include top 3 overall male and female, top 3 masters male and female, and top 3 male and female in each age group (age groups begin at 14 & under and go up to 60+).
