The Wild Bill 5k takes place at Seven Oaks Swim and Racquet Club, 2500 Howard Road, Raleigh, NC 27613. The event program includes the following distances:

Logistics and race details
The 5k course is USATF certified (course number NC21006BDS). The 5k has a capacity of 500 runners. Registration fees are tiered: 5k fees vary by registration date and the kids race fee is listed at $25. All 5k participants receive chip bib timing; the kids race uses a simple running clock and non-chip bibs. Water stations are located at miles 1 and 2.
Awards are given to top 3 overall (male and female), top 3 overall Masters (male and female), and top 3 in each age group; overall awards use gun time and age-group awards use chip/net time. Youth participants receive a prize; awards must be collected in person. Race rules include no headphones, no pets on course, and strollers should start at the back of the field. Participants have 60 minutes to complete the 5k prior to the start of the youth race. Packet pick-up and race-day registration are at Seven Oaks Swim and Racquet Club. Limited parking is available on site; additional parking is on Stonehenge Drive and at the Diocese building lot on Creedmoor Road.
