Wild Stallion Wine Run Turkey Trot 5k
The Wild Stallion Wine Run Turkey Trot is a 5k event held on November 15, 2025, at Wild Stallion Vineyards, 5969 W Rayford, Spring, TX 77389. The race is open to ages 1–99 and is chip timed by J3 Timing. Results are posted online at the timing provider's results site. The event names the Houston Furniture Bank as its local charity partner.
Course, entries and race rules
The course starts and finishes at the winery, includes a loop around the vineyard property, then an out-and-back along Auburn Lakes Drive and an out-and-back along Dovershire before returning to the winery. Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine glass-shaped finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, posted results and a pour of wine. Minors receive a discounted registration that includes a shirt, medal and bib but not a wine glass or wine pour. Strollers are permitted but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers may participate free and do not need to register. Dogs are not allowed. Packet pickup is race-day only and opens one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available; packets can be shipped for a $10 shipping and handling charge.
